Why Gluten Free

Welcome to FOOD FOR MEJacqui Cooper with smiling child

A range of Gluten Free products created because of a promise I made to my daughter.

My name is Jacqui Cooper, a mum to 3 kids, a former Aerial Skier, a 5-time Winter Olympian and winner of 5 World Titles. Aerial skiing is tough and challenging; in all of my 20 years competing as an elite athlete my toughest challenge came when my daughter at age 2 was diagnosed with coeliac disease and a severe peanut allergy.

After Maddy’s coeliac disease diagnosis, I went shopping for products I thought that she would like and that would be easy for me to make. After months and months of looking, I couldn’t find what I needed or what she wanted; that was the point when I made it my mission and promised my daughter that I would create a range of food that you could trust, was easy to make and most importantly, it had to taste great.

When I buy or cook food, Maddy often asks me – “Is that food for me?”. I created “Food For Me” just for her.

FOOD FOR ME are frozen doughs; the “Take and Bake” products are everyday staples that everyone can enjoy, quickly and easily. The only preparation needed is some thaw time. Once opened, The FOOD FOR ME resealable tubs mean you can bake 1, some or all of the dough; bake what you want, when you want it.

Needing to eat GLUTEN FREE doesn’t mean you should miss out.
